Mr. Muhammad Imran Kunalan Bin Abdullah

Mr Imran is the Principal Consultant of Digital Talent Development and is currently performing the advisory role for supporting MIM, GTEX.Asia, Huawei Technologies Ltd(China) & GOS Indoraya (Jakarta) and MIM. He currently supports the Korean Development Institute as the local Consultant for a research project with Ministry of Economic Affairs. Prior to this he was the Director of Talent Division at Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation. Mr Imran has more than 23 year-experience in the human capital development field as a HR generalist, HR subject matter expert and HR Consultant. His HR experience spanned across a multitude of industries ranging from FMCGs, FBFSI, GBS. He assumed HR Managing Consultant roles at Accenture and KPMG and led some of the HR consultancy projects for a range of clients. He was pivotal in setting up a global multi tower Shared Services and Outsourcing operations for a two global MNCs. Mr Imran obtained formal training on Human Capital Metrics & Benchmarking from PWC/Saratoga Institute in London. He was also directly involved in the development of competency matrices for ICT industry and telecommunication sector in Malaysia. He was subject matter expert (SME) panel member for EU e-Skills at based in Brussels, Belgium.
