Prim @ Farim, the originator of the concept recognized as “Organization Learning Technology” is one of Asia’s leading authority in Corporate University. Prim initiated the Asia Society of Corporate University and led the establishment of an ISO 2015 level standard assessment system for institutions involved in Organization Learning.
Prim started as a factory hand and retired from Motorola as one of MOTOROLA UNIVERSITY (Asia Pac.), Senior Manager. He also spent 2 years as the VP of Learning & Knowledge Management and led Asian banks setting up their Group Centre of Excellence for Learning.
Since 1989, Prim has been a passionate practitioner in the field of People Performance, Six Sigma, Corporate Culture, Leadership Supply, Corporate University & the Learning Organization. He has developed several Learning Principles, Models and Implementation System which are being utilized globally.
From 2003 to 2006, Prim led 6 major learning & applied research projects across China, focusing on State Owned Enterprises (Banking, Power, Medicine & Education Industry), and fusion of Eastern principles and philosophy with Western methodologies & tools.
Prim, whose life purpose revolved around “People Learning & Development” has been involved in training, workshop facilitation, coaching , consulting and learning system design over the last 20 years covering ASIA, Europe and USA.
He has also chaired, mediated and presented at many conferences globally including IFTDO, Global Corporate University Summits and CIPD. Prim is also the founder of DIBTAGROUP a “Learning Solution & System” provider with presence in several countries in Asia, Europe and USA
