Mr. Ng Thian Watt

Mr Ng Thian Watt is a retired senior banker who turned into a professional speaker and trainer. He has been conducting soft skill trainings in seven different countries. Thian Watt is currently the Managing Partner of Quantum Dynamic Human Development PLT, a HRDF approved Service Provider and Trainer. Recently, he has been appointed as the head, Shanghai MingDe Learning Organization Malaysian Centre. In addition, Thian Watt plays an important role in Authorised Soft Skill Service Provider for Malaysian Service Providers’ Confederations. He has tremendous expertise in people engagement and motivation, and has appeared in Malaysian TV Channel 2’s “BE EXCELLENT Motivation Series”. Thian Watt is also UTAR regular soft skills trainer in leadership skills, motivational and communication. Besides, being a past President of Metropolitan Bilingual Toastmaster Club, He was also a Facilitator of Mind science Association of Malaysia and President of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (2009/2010) Charter President of Rotary International Kluang, Johor.
